vehReports is the mobile companion for vehicle rental operators, fleet managers and yard teams. Run professional vehicle inspections and rental agreements from your iPhone or iPad — built for real yards, with large tap targets, high-contrast screens and one-thumb workflows that work in sunlight and gloves.

- Arrange your dashboard — drag sections into any order, switch off the ones you don't use, reset any time. Plus two new sections: Reports to do and Agreements to do.
- See what's outstanding before sign-off, and tap straight through to the field that needs it.
- Close and settle a hire whenever it's ready, including hires with no inspections attached.
- Download the agreement PDF on its own, or one combined document with every closed report attached.

Fixed and improved

- Hirer and licence details already on file are filled in for you instead of asked for again.
- A report raised against an agreement now picks up that agreement's customer.
