It didn’t give me an option to correct their deliberate “mistake” without emailing them & I haven’t received any reply for a week since requesting they correct it themselves or deactivate my account repeatedly. When I try to deactivate it myself it asks for my password which I input correctly with multiple tries without them accepting a valid password I know is the correct password for my account & refusing to deactivate the account. They still haven’t responded & instead are holding my account/profile hostage for viewing purposes under the female section where it doesn’t belong. I had to erase everything I could & am trying to close it off from others viewing access with no real way of doing that either. BBB reported.
