## What is Veil?

Choose how each website looks and what it loads. Veil combines dark mode and ad and tracker blocking for Safari, with independent controls for every site.

SET EACH SITE YOUR WAY
Keep a website light while leaving blocking on. Use dark mode on another site with blocking off, or let a site follow your global settings. Manage the exceptions together in one list.

CHOOSE YOUR DARK STYLE
Pick Midnight, Graphite or Sepia. Use the Remap engine to adjust page colors, or switch to Invert. Follow your device's appearance or choose your own setting.

BLOCK ADS AND KNOWN TRACKERS
Built-in Safari content rules are derived from EasyList, EasyPrivacy and Veil's own rules. Rules ship with the app and are updated through app releases. Inspect sources, dates and licenses inside Settings.

GET HELP WITH SETUP
See whether Veil's Safari extensions are enabled, with instructions when a setting still needs attention.

PRIVATE, ON-DEVICE PROCESSING
No account, analytics, tracking or subscriptions. Veil does not collect or upload your browsing history. Website access lets the extension adjust page colors on your device; your settings are stored locally.

Designed for Safari on iPhone and iPad, with support for 30 languages. Blocking and dark-mode appearance depend on the website and the supported rules.
