I’ve checked out many sound/noise apps with the single aim of finding the perfect brown noise for sleeping. I have found some good ones, but there are lots of “brown noises” out there that just aren’t right for me. Of course, the good ones come with the requirement to be attached to Wi-Fi or pay a heafty fee or monthly fee forever! I have a plug-in sound machine that has a good brown noise, but I don’t want to travel with it so I needed an app. After much searching, Veil came up and it’s perfect. It allows me to customize the brown noise and mix with other sounds to get the perfect mix for me. I don’t think I even need the premium version to be off-line for travel, but I really want to support this app and get all the features and what a deal! Less than a Latte!
