## What is Velar Capitals?

Velar Capitals is a technology platform that gives clients access to a wide range of financial instruments via a mobile app and a web interface. Velar Capitals’ key infrastructure partner is a licensed Armenian broker, through which brokerage services, clearing, custody operations, and settlement are provided.

The Velar Capitals app offers convenient access to the broker’s services while maintaining a clear separation of roles: Velar is responsible for the product, user interface, and client support, while the licensed broker is responsible for trade execution and safekeeping of assets in accordance with regulatory requirements.
