Easy to use. Just down load the app prior to use to allow for registration teething issues. Probably because I’m not from where I’m trying to rent the bike. This means I probably won’t have a phone number where I’m trying to rent the bike. After we got the code, we found the bikes, and had a great ride. The address on the map was not correct, but we found it just one block over. The parking feature charged us a fee, but when I called customer service, they were super helpful and reversed it.
