Velko has been really easy to use so far. I’ve only been on it for a week and I’m already down 2 lbs, which feels encouraging. I like that it’s simple and doesn’t overcomplicate things, it just keeps me on track and makes it easier to stay consistent.

I just connected my Apple Health to it, which makes everything more seamless, and I’m about to start a weight loss challenge with my friend, so that should keep me even more motivated.
