In the Grand Est region, rent an electric bike for up to 14 consecutive hours from over 50 train stations.

Access to Fluo bikes is reserved for travelers with a valid TER Fluo subscription or a TER ticket used on the same day.

Scan the QR code on the bike to the left, at the end of the row, start your rental, and press the left brake to release the bike from the dock.

Ça fonctionne vraiment très bien, le seul point améliorer serait de pouvoir disposer d’un cadenas quand on met le vélo en pause, car le laisser non attaché n’est pas très sécurisant. Sinon, c’est parfait, bonne puissance, même dans les côtes de Langres, et prix imbattable avec la carte fluo

Aujourd’hui, le 25/04, j’ai essayé de télécharger l’application Vélo Fluo Grand Est et de remplir les informations nécessaires pour louer un vélo. Malheureusement, je n’ai pas réussi à finaliser l’inscription. À plusieurs reprises, j’ai demandé l’envoi du code de vérification, mais je ne l’ai jamais reçu. J’ai réessayé plus d’une dizaine de fois, sans aucun résultat. Avant de proposer un service au public, il serait important de tester l’application afin de garantir une expérience fiable et de qualité !

Premier essai impeccable, prise en main facile. Mais lors de la 2eme utilisation, le trajet s’est stoppé, seul, lors d’une pause, j’ai donc été facturée pour 2 trajets. Après de nombreux contacts avec le service client, j’ai été remboursée. Il existe également une offre de tarif réduit pour les abonnés Fluo. Après 1 mois, et 5 transferts de photo de carte et justificatif, il n’est toujours pas activé car « non reçu ». Je n’utiliserai plus ce service

Compréhension du système en termes de libération, pauses et rendu du vélo facile et vélo bien roulant. 
Suggestion : proposer des abonnements train/vélo mensuels permettant de générer des factures que je pourrais transmettre facilement à mon employeur pour participation financière.
