## What is Velobook?

Velobook is the operating system for your bike shop, in your pocket. Take bookings, run the workshop, manage rentals, and route your mobile mechanics from one app your whole team uses on the floor.

Built for bike shops, not adapted from a generic tool. Whether you fix bikes, hire them out, run fittings and workshops, or all of the above, Velobook keeps the day moving.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Today at a glance: every job, class, fitting and hire, per mechanic.
• Job cards: check customers in, track each repair through its stages, add parts and services, and send a quote or update by SMS or email.
• Quotes customers approve, and pay, online before any work starts.
• Rentals and fleet: see what's in, out, overdue or in for service. Scan a bike's QR sticker to check it in or out in seconds, leave notes, and view each bike's full hire history.
• Mobile mechanic routing: map the day's pickups, deliveries and callouts, get an optimised run, and open it in your maps app.
• Messages: every customer reply, SMS and email in one inbox, with notifications for new bookings and approvals.
• Calendar tuned for a phone: list, day, week and month.

Velobook syncs with your shop's booking site, so what customers book flows straight to the bench.

This is our very first release, so we are building fast and would love your feedback. Made by people who have worked the shop floor: simple enough for a busy Saturday, deep enough to run the whole business.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-21

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-13

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-09

Job cards do more of the work now.

• Put several services on one job, each against its own bike, and the quote keeps up as you add them.
• Pick a bike from the ones the customer already has on file instead of typing it out again.
• Search your bookings by job number.
• Link jobs that belong to the same visit, by number or by name.
• A clear day now says so, with anything still on the bench listed underneath.

Plenty of smaller fixes to the job card on a phone, including the sheet jumping back to the top when you added a service.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-08

A faster job card for the bench.

Put several services on one job and edit them in place, without removing and re-adding a line. The quote keeps up on its own, so adding work to a job now adds the charge.

New booking fills the screen on a phone instead of floating in a card, and you can pick a bike the customer already has on file rather than retyping it.

You can also search your bookings by job number.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-28
