1.0.19. Elrs joystick works again! still no audio, camera fov resets after few seconds of flying to default.

**Developer response:** We're not certain as to why you have no audio, this is not a commonly reported problem. We may be able to identify the issue if you open a ticket via the support page of our website. We would be interested to know the device on which you are experiencing this particular issue.

The FOV is not altered except by the user in menus and through input. The camera resetting is likely due to the "Camera FOV" button being bound in controller setup. The sim might be reading input from the assigned axis/button that is changing the FOV. Try resetting your controller, reassigning sticks and make sure not to assign an axis or button to the camera FOV action. If you continue to have issues with FOV resetting I would encourage you to open a ticket via the support page of our website and we can provide assistance.

While graphics are not my main concern in a drone sim, velocidrone looks a bit dated, compared to other options on iOS. What might be interesting to a lot of pilots on iOS, the BetaFPV LiteRadio 2 SIM controller works on my iPad and velocidrone in Xbox-mode!

I set my nephew up on a Radiomaster Pocket connected to WiFi. The throttle and yaw worked when I set it up but it inexplicably stopped working. No changes were made on the radio side and I double checked the channel mapping my checking the outputs. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get those channels recognized but it doesn’t work anymore.

die Anleitung zum Anschliessen des Controller finde ich schwierig bzw. nicht gut gemacht.
Ich habe es mit diesem Youtube Video Jszi4koMWu8 jedoch sofort geschafft! Allerdings wird dort zusätzlich ein USB Kabel benutzt, was ich aber o.k. finde und die Latenz ausserdem reduziert.
Ausserdem hat mein iPad nur Wifi, also kann auch kein Hotspot aufmachen.

This sim is incredible. I 100% recommend it and it pairs perfectly with my radiomaster pocket. The only reason I’m rating it 4 stars is because I was experiencing some issues with getting my controller to connect and the races to load. After deleting the app and reinstalling it, everything seems to work fine. Thank you so much for this INCREDIBLE app. Much better than other iOS sims.

Tried 3 different transmitters to get this game to work on iPad and none of them would. Also tried on my iPhone and same result. I’m able to connect to the ExpressLRS TX but won’t allow to me select and controller after that.

I’m irritated. I paid money for this sim but the ELRS WiFi joystick doesn’t work. I know I have it set up right because it works on the other free FPV sims like feelFPV but not this velocidrone that I had to pay money for. Extremely disappointed.

隙間時間にスマホでシミュレーションできて練習に役立てています。 今日、急にコントローラーのリンクが切れたので、ペアリングしようとしたら、INPUTでのコントローラーの絵が表示しなくなり、Bluetoothのコントローラーがセッティングできなくなりました。 早く対応してください。よろしくお願いします。あと日本語に対応してもらうと助かります。 I can simulate it on my smartphone in my spare time and it helps me practice. Today, the controller link suddenly broke, so when I tried to pair it, the controller picture in INPUT was no longer displayed and I could no longer set up the Bluetooth controller. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you. It would also be helpful if you could make it available in Japanese.

あれからコンタクトセンターに問い合わせしたところ、丁寧に色々試すことを教えてくれました。私はコントローラーのバージョンアップでBluetoothのコントローラーが再設定でき、また隙間時間に練習できるようになり、コンタクトセンターにはお世話になりました。
After that, I contacted the contact center and they kindly gave me advice on various things to try. I was able to reconfigure the Bluetooth controller by updating the controller version, and I was able to practice in my spare time again, so I was very grateful for the help I received from the contact center.

This game allows me to edit the sticks and what they do with an Xbox elite controller. I am a beginner but I am able to fly the drone as if it was a helicopter in a video game albeit in angle mode.

Since the update, the wifi controllers don‘t connect reliably. Sometimes it takes 3 restarts to connect, then when you exit a map, you have to reconnect… wtf? 
When the controller is connected no stick movement is shown in the visualization so you have to guess for 5 minutes how to set a new one up… mind you everything worked in the previous version

The version before was fine, why trash it? Is there any bug hunting done before update deployment? Doesn’t seem like it. So 10$ lost after all.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear you had trouble with the last update (1.0.16), the bug slipped through testing. There was no change to how the wifi controller worked between updates. We added capability for bluetooth control which was interfering. We have fixed the wifi controller disconnecting when switching between scenery and main menu in the version released today (1.0.17). Instructions for bluetooth connection will be published on the support page of our website in the coming weeks.

Bought this app so that I can practice on the go, but even though I was able to connect my Tango to my iPhone hotspot, it didn’t show up as a controller in input page.  Can’t find any help online.

Only has 2 levels. No, dynamic polyword and empty polyword dont count. If i want empty space i’ll fly up higher in the air. No level editor?! No battery mode? Lacking ALOT. $8 was not worth this. I’m using an ELRS controller and this is only fun for messing around.

Ich habe mir die App gekauft um sie mit meiner TBS Tango 2 zu nutzen am iPad iPhone wie es beschrieben wurde es klappt aber absolut nicht alles ist auf dem neusten Stand beide Geräte im selben 2,4ghz Netzwerk ich seh die Funke aber in der App nicht. 
Die touch Kontroller in der App sind nicht zu Gebrauchen damit habe ich 9,99€ umsonst ausgegeben. Es gibt nirgends eine brauchbare Anleitung das ist einfach Ärgerlich.

I used to love it. 5 stars. Now it just continually resets the drone to start. So sad.

Radiomaster Pocket: Modelselect has to be at „Pocket“!!!
this fixed everthing. Playing with iphone-hotspot wifi controller. Every other Simulation didn‘t needed this model switch.
Great physics. Complicated setup.

I have VelociDrone on my PC and decided to get the app because it’s more portable. Reading the reviews made me hesitant but they really don’t know what they’re doing if they’re struggling to update their controllers with the latest version of ELRS 😭 You can configure your controller in the app if it’s got ELRS 2.4GHz wifi capability after checking the box in the app to allow a wifi controller. I’m pleased with the quality and functionality of the game especially for the price. Works fine on my iPhone 15 and even better on my iPad mini 5th gen! I can’t wait to try it on my newer iPad, as once you pay for the app you have it on your apple account for any devices. 

They have a youtube video on how to connect the controller it’s not hard guys. The bad reviews are from people that are lacking technical knowledge.

Wonderful app, exceeded expectations!

I’m running this on a 9th gen iPad with a Radiomaster Pocket over Wi-Fi. If there’s latency, it’s improved my flying. I prefer this on the iPad over Liftoff or DRL on my gaming pc. There’s a bit of configuration; I had to update the ELRS version on the radio, but that was it. The bad reviews are painful to read it’s so good.

It‘s like a slim version from the desktop game. My Radiomaster Pocket with latest elrs has no trouble to use over wifi. Works smooth, mostly the same as on pc. The sound from the drones are bit annoying. Always „0 Thrust = 0 Sound“ is really strange if you fly freestyle. But except this Type of Problems its a good mobile fpv sim
