Not sure why the app is archaic when other banks have better running apps with more features than velocity offers. There’s no way to lock your card if it’s gets lost, you just have to call and cancel and replace it. No overdraft protection. I’m sitting here trying to figure out how many or what year I started at Pratt Whitney there in Florida. That is the time I started with the credit union. Right there at Pratts plant site. The credit Union helped me out in the beginning when I needed a loan and other things.
