Ce qui évite de rentrer manuellement son numéro de carte bleue ou en faisant des copier coller sous la pluie dans le froid quand on a envie d’avoir un vélo rapidement. Surtout qu’on a l’habitude de voyager et de chaque ville ou c’est le service JCDecaux, il faut à chaque fois tout paramétrer manuellement. C’est la même application à Vilnius où j’utilise aussi le service. Je vous vois venir à m’expliquer que comme vous utilisez un prestataire externe pour les paiements, c’est pas si simple… bla-bla-bla Je suis sûre que vous allez trouver une solution très très rapidement Merci ! Sinon, le service au Luxembourg fonctionne très bien. On regrette JCDecaux à Paris ### 1/5 — Definitely too many issues *2025-12-21, version 3.3.0* How is it possible to encourage green mobility when every single time one wants to take a bike, either the app has bugs (eg makes bikes “disappear” when you refresh), the station does not release it, the bike has some issues, or it takes you 5 minutes just to lock it at the arrival station? With no possibility whatsoever to signal the issue outside working hours and risking being charged when you’re close to 30 minutes?! Please, bike sharing is amazing. Fix these issues! ### 1/5 — La pire erreur de ma vie *2025-11-18, version 3.3.0* J’ai cru qu’un abonnement au service vel’OH’ allait me faciliter la vie. Quel erreur!! Leur service est une catastrophe, les vélos ne se déverrouillent pas, et quand ils se déverrouillent le vélo ne fonctionne pas… c’est le pire service que j’ai pu consommer de ma vie. Fuyez leurs services, fuyez cette application. ### 1/5 — Connexions application *2025-09-19* Merci de corriger ce bug de connexion qui dure depuis des mois au plus vite. A chaque nouvelle utilisation de l’application on nous demande de se connecter 10fois avant d’avoir une chance, en bidouillant, de pouvoir libérer un vélo. En plus des dégradations qui rendent l’utilisation des vélos difficile, si l’application n’aide pas… il va y avoir une baisse d’utilisation globale du service. ### 1/5 — Embarrassingly terrible app *2025-08-04, version 3.2.0* The whole experience with this app start to finish was horrible and embarrassing for the developers. You can tell they just put a bunch of fancy graphics on a shell of a software which they didn’t ever bother to test in real world environments.
