Foutmelding ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-08-31, version 3.4.3* I have tried everything that I saw online to fix it and still impossible to connect ### 1/5 — Keine Verbindung mehr zum Account *2024-07-26, version 3.4.0* Seit zwei Tagen gibt es die aktualisierte App. Seitdem ist keine Weiterleitung zum Account mehr möglich. Es wird lediglich ein weißer Bildschirm angezeigt. Sehr unbefriedigend. Habe Veloretti informiert, bin gespannt, ob und wann das Problem gelöst wird. ### 1/5 — Seit 3 Versionen keine Verbindung mehr zum Fahrrad *2024-06-16, version 3.3.7* Das ist echt ein Trauerspiel mit der App. Versuche schon seit 3 Versionen eine Verbindung zu meinen Ace1 und Ive1 zu herzustellen, um endlich das Firmware update zu machen. Keine Chance! Support kann auch nicht helfen. Bin bereit mit euch eine Debugging Session zu machen! Aber bitte bitte kümmert euch um eure Bugs! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2023-11-12* Thank you Veloretti, the latest update of your app is very good and what I really needed with my bike now it saves the cadence. ### 4/5 — Mittlerweile ist die App richtig gut! *2023-11-10, version 3.2.0* Die Navi-Funktion auf dem kleinen Display meines Ace geht seit dem letzten Update der App wieder. Endlich! Danke! Wichtig: Standortfreigabe auf „immer“ stellen. Außerdem lässt sich mittlerweile die Trittfrequenz einstellen und diese wird auch gespeichert. Ich finde es gut, dass sich Veloretti um die App kümmert (auch wenn es lange gedauert hat). Auch die älteren Modelle haben neue Funktionen bekommen – sehr gut! ### 1/5 — Appupdate *2023-11-04, version 3.1.0* Mijn vriend gebruikt deze fiets nu ongeveer 6 maanden en we zijn ontzettend tevreden over de soepelheid van de fiets. Lange ritten zijn nu NOG zo aangenaam. Helaas hebben we wel echt al verschillende keren een storing gehad, wanneer de app eens een update doet. Dan kan de app niet meer geopend worden wegens een storing en is de fiets ook niet bruikbaar. Mijn vriend heeft de fiets dagelijks nodig voor zijn werk en dient nu al 10 dagen een alternatief vervoermiddel te nemen vanwege de storing. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd en via telefoon wordt er gevraagd om een mailtje te sturen, weinig respons gehad dus… Ik hoop dat dit in de toekomst toch een pak professioneler wordt aangepakt! ### 2/5 — Was ist wichtiger? *2023-07-29, version 3.0.8* Die App stürzt immer noch nach 5 Updates ab wenn man an ein gespeichertes Ziel fahren möchte. Aber erst mal Pride Quatsch updaten. Richtig wichtig 🙄🙄🙄 Solche Verhältnisse hatten wir schon in der DDR. Ideologie vor Fortschritt. ### 1/5 — Funktion ,find my bike’ weg! *2023-07-22, version 3.0.6* Die wichtigste Funktion, um das Fahrrad zu traken ist weg! ### 1/5 — App nur für aktuelle IPhones empfehlenswert *2023-04-21, version 2.3.0* Warnung für Nutzer älterer Apple Smartphones. Ich habe ein IPhone 10, nach dem Update ist das Feature „Find My bike“ nicht mehr vorhanden. Ebenso die Navigation, sie reagiert so träge, dass man sich im ortsunkundigen Gelände ständig verfährt.
