## What is VeloRun?

VeloRun is the Apple Watch running coach that keeps you honest.

Set your target pace, head out the door, and VeloRun does the rest - alerting you the moment you drift too fast or too slow, so you can stop staring at your wrist and start running.

HOW IT WORKS

VeloRun compares your live GPS pace against your target in real time. A full-width colour band at the top of the screen changes instantly - green when you're nailing it, blue when you're flying, amber or red when you're fading. A glanceable number below shows your exact current pace, and a delta pill tells you precisely how far off target you are.

No complicated setup. No subscription. Just set a pace and run.

HAPTIC + SPOKEN FEEDBACK

You don't need to look at your Watch to know how you're doing. VeloRun gives you:
• Distinct haptic patterns for each zone - a firm buzz to slow down, a double tap to speed up, a success chirp when you're on target
• Optional spoken cues ("On pace", "Pick it up", "Ease off") at a configurable interval - from every 15 seconds to every 5 minutes
• Instant haptic alerts the moment you cross a zone boundary, so you react faster

TOLERANCE ZONES

Not every run needs to be precise. VeloRun lets you configure two tolerance bands:
• Amber zone - a soft threshold for gentle nudges (default ±15 sec/km)
• Red zone - a hard threshold for strong alerts (default ±30 sec/km)

Dial them in as tight or as loose as you like.

METRICS AT A GLANCE

The active run screen shows everything you need and nothing you don't:
• Current pace (large, bold, instant)
• Elapsed time and distance
• Heart rate (where available)
• A swipe away: pause, resume, or end your run

AFTER YOUR RUN

Every run is saved to Apple Health automatically, complete with your GPS route. Your route map appears in Health and syncs to Strava and other fitness apps without any extra steps. A post-run summary grades your pace accuracy from S (perfect) to D, so you always know how disciplined your pacing was.

WATCH FACE COMPLICATION

Add the VeloRun complication to your watch face for a live zone indicator during runs and your target pace at a glance when idle.

METRIC & IMPERIAL

Full support for km/min and min/mile. Switch between units at any time - your pace converts precisely using the exact km/mile ratio, so nothing gets lost in translation.
