問い合わせを減らすためのリニューアルにしか思えない。旅行現地ツアー予約のアプリなのだから、簡単に問い合わせ出来ないと価値が下がる。また、保存リストに変わって、10個までしか保存出来なくなり、とても使いづらくなった。

戻るボタンを押すと、検索結果のページではなく、一気にトップページに戻ってしまう。一つ前のページではなくて、検索結果に戻るボタンが欲しいです。

ツアーの内容は良く、種類が多いのは良いと思います。ただ、アプリの使い勝手が悪い！保存リストが消えたり、予約画面に進まない点が特に不満です。早急なアプリの改善をお願いしたいです。

iPhoneやパソコンのブラウザ、iPadのブラウザ等で利用したときに、保存リストや閲覧履歴が共有できないのが不思議です。
同じIDでログインしているんですけども、閲覧履歴は0件でも開くと出てくるし、不思議です。

お世話になってて内容には満足してるけどアプリの戻るボタンを間違えて押してトップ画面に何度も戻されてる。
一つ前に戻って閲覧できるボタンと、トップ画面に戻るボタンの位置や記号を明確に分けてほしい。間違って押すの多くて(まあ自分のせいだが)だるくて最近はアプリ使わずウェブから検索してる。

アプリ内で「行き先、やりたいことから探す」というボタンをタッチすると、結局アプリ内でウェブページへ移動するだけで、アプリ下部のメニューが固定されません。私だけかもしれませんがちょっと使いづらさを感じ、アプリを使う意味がないように思います。結局旅行計画中のツアー検索はウェブ、予約後にツアー詳細確認する時に時々アプリを使うこともある、、、という程度の利用頻度です。ウェブは使いやすいと思います。

そもそもアプリが立ち上がらないので使えない。他にも同じコメント書いてる人いるのに改善されないんですね。いらないじゃん。

自分が予約ボタン押し間違え、お弁当なしプランのボタンを押してしまい、そもそも、お弁当予約プランは1ヶ月前までの予約だったにも関わらず、「お弁当ありプランに変更出来ますか」と図々しいメールをしてしまいました。
