I have $84,000 BTC with theses jokers that I am unable to access because of extremely high gas fees and blockchain fees. They are notorious for adding additional fees and their response time is incredibly poor and I doubt I will never see this money again.

Recovered funds were placed in an account. I opened up with this app then you have to pay a fee to get those funds out. It makes no sense just to complete scam. Do not use.

This app is amazing, low fees and incredible customer service. I also use other platforms like Coin Base and GEMINI however to solve an issue was very slow and through tickets and emails. With Veltrix is very fast through their messaging system on the app. I really love it and I don't feel like I am dealing with a robot every time I have an issue.
