## What is Velvet?

Love a lipstick shade but unsure how it will look on you? Try your next makeup look on your photo with Velvet. Explore a style, adjust the colors and compare before and after before reaching for your makeup bag.

FIND YOUR NEXT LOOK
From a soft everyday glow to an evening look, explore makeup inspiration, color palettes and editorial collections. A daily featured look and weekly selections bring fresh ideas to your routine.

SEE IT ON YOUR FACE
Choose a photo of your face and try a combination of shades. Slide the before-and-after comparison to see the difference and choose the look you like.

MAKE EACH SHADE YOUR OWN
Adjust lipstick, eyeshadow, blush and foundation, then set the intensity to suit your style. Advanced tools also let you work with eyeliner, concealer, highlighter and contour.

ONE IDEA. THREE WAYS TO WEAR IT.
Describe a mood, occasion or color. Magic, the AI assistant in Velvet Pro, creates three makeup variations to try on your photo: subtle, balanced or expressive. Pick a look, then refine it in the editor.

INSPIRATION BASED ON YOUR PREFERENCES
Choose your complexion, undertone and preferred finish to help shape your recommendations. Your beauty profile is optional and you can update it anytime.

KEEP THE LOOKS YOU LOVE
Save your creations in My looks, revisit their shades, save your photo and share the result.

Plan an evening look, explore wedding makeup ideas or try different everyday colors. Start with a photo and find a look you want to wear.

Velvet includes free features and in-app purchases. Magic and selected advanced tools require Velvet Pro. Available plans, prices and any trial offers are shown in the app before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings.

Virtual makeup provides a photo preview. Results with physical products may vary with lighting, products and application.
