Charged the $25 and didn't even get the chance to order as I was kicked out of the menu. ### 1/5 — Avoid this app *2026-01-18* The app put a $25 dollar hold on my card every time I scanned the QR code, and I had to scan the QR code again every time I needed to order another round. When it came time to close my tab I tried opening the app clip. It said to scan the QR code. I scanned the QR code, and it said download the app. I will not be visiting any businesses that use Vemos until this works **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry to hear that this was your experience. You're right - we experienced this issue in an earlier version of the app that was affecting some users, and deployed a fix shortly after. If you're still seeing issues, please contact us at info@vemos.io. ### 1/5 — Great idea *2025-02-08* I currently have 3 $25 holds on my card because the app gets far enough to take my funds and then says I’m not in the bar I’m literally inside of. Tried several times to open a tab and got denied. Still got the holds. If I had more limited finances, that would hurt me AND the bar if that drained my entire account for what is now 3 days. Please fix this ASAP! ### 1/5 — Location broken *2025-02-06* Tried opening a tab at a location and it said I must be there when I was.
