I tried doing it in the app before I uninstalled it didn’t work. I tried uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it and then updating it and it didn’t work. This is very upsetting and frustrating considering my cell phone and iPads are used at my place at work for, the protocols if needed. Please fix this ASAP! Maybe make a new app for 2023 the actually will update.

The app works maybe 1/30 times I open it. Always says to refresh, I do and then it says I need to refresh again. When it actually does open and work it’ll crash after 2 mins of use. Completely unreliable. Don’t waste your time just use the website.

The app needs to refresh and doesn’t download the data. The app is only in night mode. There is no back button once your in the medical protocols. When downloaded on the IPad, it has to be in landscape mode to view the procedures and protocols buttons. The app seemed to be rushed. It is not user friendly for the end user. As a EMS provider, this app is important resource in the field.
