I’ve been having issues with this for the longest time, but was strung along. They say they are working on it and fixing it to all issues you report. Nothing has ever been fixed and it just doesn’t work. Mercari sales detection still doesn’t work. The import tool is horrible for crosslisting. The Poshmark delist / relist is hopeless and has cost me so many returns. I don’t think they are set up or have the talent to offer software that does what they say it will when the platforms are rapidly changing. I would like a refund. I think there should be a class action lawsuit for false advertisement. This never saved me any time or money. ### 1/5 — Trash *2026-07-01, version 3.2.3* Literally can’t even get past the create an account screen ### 2/5 — Does not support Canadian platforms *2026-06-13, version 3.2.1* I was really optimistic and excited to use vendoo until I realized Canadian platform aren’t supported 👎 please expand! ### 1/5 — PLEASE READ *2026-06-12* I subscribed to Vendoo specifically because I needed a way to merge and manage existing listings across multiple marketplaces. Unfortunately, I discovered after paying that the Import & Merge feature is not available to all users and is still being rolled out in beta. This was not clearly disclosed before purchase. Without access to this feature, the process of merging existing listings is incredibly time-consuming. Instead of automatically matching listings across marketplaces, I would have to manually copy and paste links from each marketplace into every individual listing. For sellers with a large inventory, this could take weeks of work. Had I known this key feature was not available to all subscribers, I would not have signed up. The platform may work well for some users, but the lack of transparency regarding feature availability was extremely disappointing and made the service far less useful than advertised. ### 1/5 — CROOKED *2026-06-06, version 3.2.1* MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING FROM THIS IN WRITING- THEY DO NOT CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU CALL THEM- MAGICALLY THEY DO NOT SHOW RECORD OF PHONE CALLS. The app is cumbersome and depop rarely responds when trying to cross list from ebay. Terrible financial decision. First, it seems to consistently have a broken mobile UI that won’t connect with depop ans sometimes bump me off eBay so if I sell something, it won’t delist on that app. Next, it’s nearly impossible to log into with the phone. Also doesn’t update any edits to the price after posting on the site. Shipping limits won’t let me post from Poshmark to FB marketplace not Depop. Useless. ### 1/5 — Unable to cancel *2026-05-18, version 3.2.0* I tried this app and had issues with it. I tried cancelling the app multiple times during the free trial period but to no avail. I ended up being charged $14.99 as a result. I have emailed the company more than once requesting service cancellation and a refund and the issue is still unresolved with no action taken on their part. When I input user name and password, it just stays stuck indefinitely on “logging in” ### 1/5 — A Sellers Worst Nightmare!! Don’t waste your time like I did. *2026-05-12* Does not do at all what it says it does. You cannot import from any marketplace on this app or connect your marketplace in this app, it just malfunctions sends gives an error message…for every single marketplace it claims to support. When you go to their online feature on your computer and add your marketplace, it does not populate in the app at all. For the time I wasted trying to connect marketplaces and crosslist, I could have manually put in each item to 3 Different Marketplaces Way faster And much more accurately. Their website function that you have to use on your computer does not sync up to the app whereas it’ll show online that your marketplaces are connected in the app it does not. And forget crosdlisting your items will be misrepresented, regardless of what you input into Vendoo. My titles were missing words and all shipping on Mercari was listed for free even though I specifically and intentionally went in and changed everything to customer pays for shipping I had to cancel a sale because my item was misrepresented by this app. Horrible waste of time!! **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must have been. Marketplace connections on the mobile app and desktop platform are managed separately, so marketplaces connected on desktop will not automatically appear connected within the app. Some marketplaces also require additional authentication or setup steps on mobile before they can function properly. Regarding crosslisting, Vendoo sends the information exactly as configured within the listing form. However, certain marketplaces may automatically adjust formatting such as titles or category-related details to align with their platform requirements. Shipping settings can also be affected if required marketplace fields are incomplete or overridden during the listing process. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review these problems with you directly. I had an item with quantity of two both of them sold and it did not remove the listings from all the marketplace it was on. ### 3/5 — It’s okay *2026-04-29, version 3.2.0* Does not cost a lot for the subscription however, you are limited on how many labels you can create and the app will often crash. Does not keep live track of sales as they sell. You cannot delist on Depop or list on Depop from the app. You have to use your desktop. And I keep getting cut off from Poshmark marketplace. I thought I was paying for automatic sharing, but it turns out because the connection keeps faulting that wasn’t functioning properly and it was not sharing. When I thought it was. It’s never worked with Mercari. It says I need an address, but one is already in Mercari. And it doesn’t work with Vinted. And barely works with Facebook. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother. Being short… There’s always issues with the connections to other sites. If you email the day you’re charged they’ll keep your money for the month upon asking for a refund. They “didnt get” my cancellation request 6 months ago and reviewing my bank account I realized I’ve been being charged. Customer service talks to you like you’re 2 feet tall. Go with a more reputable service even if it’s a few bucks more and you won’t have the headaches of how annoying it is to post items and then being duplicated or have to check constantly if it’s connected! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Difficult *2026-08-09, version 3.2.5* I thought it was me and that that I just struggled with figuring out how to use it. But time after time of trying I finally switched to a different app and it’s been great. It made me realize how difficult this one is to use. I came on to cancel my subscription and can’t even find that option. Going to the Help option it says to click on the widget for help with cancellation. There is no widget. says to click on the cancel button under subscriptions. There is no cancel button. Feels very dishonest I would look into other similar apps as they may be more helpful. ### 1/5 — Always lagging everyday is new issue *2026-08-05, version 3.2.5* I'm so sick of this app everyday with new issue. Get yo $h!t together vendoo. get a new team. ### 1/5 — Very disappointed *2026-08-01, version 3.2.4* So recently, I started reselling online again. Once my business started expanding, I started looking at different cross-selling platforms, starting with a free trials and kind of deciding where I wanted to go from there. I went back to Vendoo where I was playing around with the site after my free trial. Not sure what happened next, but either myself or one of my kids bought another subscription of Vendoo. After realizing this, I reached out to the support team. They were really nice, but explained that they couldn’t do anything because this doesn’t fall under their refunding guidelines. This scares me because that means any accidental purchase in the future wouldn’t be able to be refunded. Sometimes it’s so easy for that to happen and it wasn’t like I was trying to rip anybody off. It was literally 10 minutes after I purchased it accidentally. I find this happens a lot when you have kids who are constantly getting into things. Just to give a little background i have a six-year-old, a three-year-old, and a one and a half year-old who are all really smart. After this experience, I don’t think I will be using Vendoo ever again.Before today, they were definitely in my top three cross listing platforms that I was trying decide between. After writing this review, I decided to go look through the other reviews because I only briefly scanned them before it looks like a lot of people have this issue. As a reputable online company with an app you should always accept returns in cases where an accident happens. Hopefully this review helps someone in the future. SO IF YOU ARE COUNTING ON PRODUCTIVITY- this is not it, I really wanted this to be helpful.
