VENDORMITRA provides an intelligent workflow system that enables vendors of JVVNL to offer the material online for Pre-dispatch Inspection. The key feature provides instant nomination of Inspector from the list of empaneled officers.
 
VENDORMITRA facilitates the automated inspection process in a transparent and efficient manner for various material with the functionality for issuance of Dispatch Instruction on defined parameters.
 
The Application transparently disseminate information relating to all the stages, inspections, dispatch instructions, display the status of execution of purchase orders via various dashboards, reports, send alerts, emails etc.
 
VENDORMITRA serve as an integrated platform for both the department, vendors and other stake holders associated with the Pre-Dispatch Inspection process, dissemination information of all the activities that are associated with the OFFER to DISPATCH.
