So as much as we despise this trash heap of a business, even their own technology revolts against itself. Poetic justice, albeit at our expense, but you have to really appreciate the internal mutiny. Why do you have Face ID if you still have to put in your password every time? What’s the point? Updates? Three attempts to sign in with the same password it finally took it. Then asked me to update. I follow the prompts, update the app and now I’m stuck in a circle: update-to-open, update-to-open, repeat…. Now do I just have to wait until the next Update comes? You can literally log in with Face ID one minute, and then the next, it doesn’t remember you. It will scan your face and nothing happens. So, you have to restart the app sometimes and then log in with PW. How many PWs do we have to remember!? Lost track.. with that, I have to jump over to another app to lookup my PW then go back and login. A user could do this multiple times in one morning. Why!? This app is fairly easy to use once there, but the road there is really annoying. I know you all can do better.. most other credentialing apps have. ### 1/5 — Horrible. *2026-08-06, version 11.9.52* I should sue them for the amount I’ve times I’ve potentially lost business because their app glitches and I cannot get in. Then request a password reset, and it won’t work. Then I call and they try to send me a rest, and it won’t work. Currently sitting outside a hospital, which I drove an hour to, waiting on someone to call me back. This doesn’t happen with any of my other credentialing services. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-08-02, version 11.9.52* The same issue everybody else is complaining about. 1 star is very generous at this rate. We as vendors pay crazy amounts of money for this required credentialing company for it to rarely work. Then to top it off, the hospitals don’t even maintain their in-house systems. Printers are constantly out of paper to print the visitor badge. Don’t get me started on the non-functioning Electronic badge that hasn’t paired since day1. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2026-07-28, version 11.9.52* This app crashes more than any app I have ever used in my life. Anytime you need access and are in a hurry you might as well just pull out your laptop. ## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — The Apple of Credentialing *2025-04-14* The app loads promptly and I sign in with face while simultaneously listening to a podcast (the VM app never stops the audio when I load it.) Then, I find the machine to print and it’s always clean and functional! Always full of paper. If, and this happens rarely, the machine doesn’t work - someone from security promptly walks over as if waiting for an opportunity to show off their “coding boot camp” skills and fixes it. Team work! I find myself using the app over the desktop version of GHX. I would think this is bordering on extortion or racketeering at this point. How exactly is this helpful to the rep, or the hospital?
