App is stuck on the Welcome page. It isn't reaching on login page. Tried reinstalling multiple times but no luck.

Tried numerous times to recover the password for Login but it just doesn’t work. Saddest part is people in the hospital doesnt even know that there’s an app. No doubt wjy no one in the hospital can help.
