I have no transactions on my account. I noticed my last name on my account isn’t fully written out so I can’t link my bank account. I’ve tried calling,chatting with the virtual assistant, emailing and there’s no help. I can’t even delete my account. What am i supposed to do? I just need a human representative and I’m sure they’d be able to fix it but there’s no way to get in contact with one. Thanks Venmo 👌 Do not use this worthless scamming money grabbing larcenous & fraudulent company. The app I remember was clean, simple, and did one thing well: send money to friends. That was it. No clutter, no upselling, no nonsense. Now? Open the app and you're bombarded with "offers," Venmo Stash, suggestions to sign up for credit cards, and banners trying to get you to buy crypto. It feels like getting ambushed walking into a convenience store. I just want to pay transact with friends — I don't need a financial services pitch every time I open the app. ### 1/5 — Never ever *2026-08-24, version 26.16.0* This is the second time I have had an issue with Venmo. I ordered a product that was never shipped to me. I have about 40 emails from the scammers about the shipping delay, locked gates, etc.,etc. I disputed the claim with Venmo, which is another whole saga itself and after 10 days I get a note that the claim is resolved. Evidently in favor of the scammer. Multiple times I’ve had to shut card off. Empty my Account or what’s left of it and Replace it. At least six cards this year alone. I just got mine a couple months ago and I love it. I’m currently trying to raise money to get my daughter and her precious family from Oregon to Idaho where I am. They have a place to live and jobs lined up when they get here. They are homeless with 3 kids and through all this they’ve both held down full time jobs and been amazing parents while caring up with money each night for a motel room. If you find it in your heart to help us out please do. @Bonnie-Felix09 today is 8/24/26. We need $650-$700 for greyhound tickets. We’ve only raised $21.
