### 4/5 — Support for T5200 weak. New 7900 series better but has a glitch

I’ve owned two of the 5200 series for about 12 years. Initially support was excellent but for the past 3-4 years controlling vacation schedules is non existent with the app.
I replaced one of them with the 79 series and it will control vacations however when I ask alexia it’s temperature, it responds the initial factory setting rather then the adjusted temperature.

Able to oversee unit usage from home… which is beneficial, since many times, systems don’t get turned off and are left to be ran all night which is not cost efficient

Love the App, it is better than Honeywell except for one thing.  My sole complaint is in the programming.  Every setting is registered separately.  I can’t just program the entire day, save it and the exit.  I have to do each separate event of the day, register, exit and then do the next event of the day.

I was not a fan of this app when it first came out I don’t know if there was any updates that were done to it. We just started running our air-conditioning unit for the summer and the app has worked flawlessly this time. Thank you very much.

Love being able to use my phone to adjust AC and heat. Turn off unit summer and winter when traveling. Turn on an hour or so before returning.

Four stars because the app often doesn’t update information for some time, or requires a restart to get fresh information, otherwise it works for standard control of the thermostat and does provide a lot of remote configuration options, which I appreciate.
