Been on the app from days it launched and I loved to meet people and have friends to talk to but this even after buying the subscriptions my matches rates are low and on that a creep gave my 1 star in the app rating system and decreased whatever matched I got and contacting u guys on mail to didn’t work so I have zero clue what’s happening match rates are low nothing gets resolved the creep still there the notification are still bugging it I brought the subscription 3rd time maybe it work this time but no now i regret buying it

I don’t ever get notifications when I get a match and all of my notifications are turned on. Then if you want to talk to them you have to have coins which you obtain by MATCHING WITH PEOPLE!!!! And if you miss it you can’t go back and chat unless you have coins or you pay.

I downloaded Chamberly and was really happy to help support and listen to others. The matchmaking system works well, and I’ve mostly connected with genuine people who are there to chat, vent, or just be heard. I love how you can give badges to others, and how easy it is to set up a profile with a bio and picture while still staying anonymous. The Smart Journal feature is also amazing. I can write about how I felt throughout the day, and it detects my mood automatically instead of making me pick one. Definitely a helpful space!
