### 2/5 — App worked for awhile but now will not let me sign in even after resetting my password.

Keeps giving “sign in failed” when I try to sign in even after resetting my password.

I had to reset my password on the Vent website (via the trainerize platform) because the app “forgot password” button was not sending the email for the reset link.

Even after doing that the app (ran by the same trainerize system) still won’t let me in. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and same issue.

The only thing consistent about the app is the errors I get because it doesn’t load. Can’t even book a class. Why do I pay for a membership again?
