Jetzt ist gleich mein Konto gelöscht und ich habe keinen Zugriff mehr. Sicherheitstechnische ein Albtraum. Dann will er das WLAN Passwort. Nun ja. Lieber hätte ich ein Gastnetz genutzt. Aber das WLAN Passwort akzeptiert er nicht (via Copyright & Paste) vermutlich weil zu lang. Damit kann ich das Gerät zurückschicken. The key here is the inability to set the time of mode change. You have to repetitively change the settings. Trying to connect to the device gives you error that you are not connected to local network even if you are connected. Even the device is connected but the app is not a le to connect. If you somehow be able to pair the device with the app (disabling acces than enabling doing some strange override) after a day or two it loses connection to the device and is unable to connect again. Passiert ist nichts. Die App ist geottenschlecht. Die Einrichtung des WLANS funktioniert schlichtweg nicht. Hier wird ein hochpreisiges Produkt vernachlässigt. Wo ist hier die Deutsche Wertarbeit ? Schade ums Geld und lieber die Finger davon lassen. ### 1/5 — AH735 *2025-11-02* My model does not appear in choices! ### 1/5 — Hotspot, keine Passwort Eingabe möglich *2025-11-02, version 2.1.1* Ich habe hier zwei kleine Venta 515, bei dem einen ging die Wlan Verbindung vor paar Jahren wenigstens, aber hakelig vor paar Jahren. Bei dem aktuellen 515, heißt der Hotspot Smart Life, es kommt überhaupt kein Hinweis für ein Hotspot Passwort, somit lässt sich die App, nicht mit dem Gerät verbinden. Lt. App store gab’s das letzte Update hier vor drei Jahren. Null Sterne wären hier angebracht, für meine verschwendete Zeit. Auch die Einrichtung ging sehr einfach. Wir verstehen nicht, warum so viele Benutzer Probleme haben, bzw. unzufrieden sind. Auch mir fehlt hier eine Timerfunktion. So muss ich jeden Tag daran denken, dass Gerät rechtzeitig manuell zu starten. Das geht einfacher. Der Weiter-Button ist grau. So nutze ich die funktionierende alte App weiter. Update: Der Entwickler hat mir weiter geholfen und das Problem gelöst. Man muss die alte App erst deinstallieren. ### 3/5 — Works ok. *2024-02-15, version 2.1.1* If your wifi name is not shown during the setup, make sure it's 2,4GHz as some Ventas don't support 5GHz. Your router could be set to auto 2,4/5GHz with the same network name, and newer iPhones always prefer 5GHz then.. ---- App is ok, you can see actual values, you can control the humidifier remotely (LW45). I am missing some historical graphs of humidity/temp. Would be neat. ### 3/5 — Not good enough *2024-02-02, version 2.1.1* Starting from the beginning - some users may find the pairing process a little bit tricky (disabling automatic connection to your home WiFi on your Apple device helps), but overall it was ok for me. As for the app itself - while the device itself is great (I got AH510 humidifier), the app is a little bit disappointing. While you can see live temperature and humidity, there’s no historical data. Unfortunately, notifications are not available so you won’t know there’s no water unless you open the app. As for other functionalities - you can turn on/off the device, you can change its mode/fan speed. And that’s all. So if you are thinking about AH5xx and LWx5 humidifiers, get LW one as the app doesn’t bring any added value. Unless you expect you’ll be changing the device’s mode often. But I can guarantee that’s not gonna happen. You’ll just set the device to auto mode and forget about it (obviously until the device asks you for water).
