Its not a banking app, there is really no need to make the user login every-time they open the app. The login requires a OTP sent via email/text as well. ### 1/5 — No notifications *2024-05-16, version 3.0.1* No notifications. Everytime you open it, you have to login to your account again. And to login, you have to click a link that is sent to your email. Every single time. And half the time that original link doesn’t work so you have to do it again. Once you do log in, everything is slower than the actual website on a desktop computer. At least on my computer I can stay logged in. This isn’t a banking app that you log out the user the minute they close the app - there’s really no need to request a OTP to login every time. Just have a username/password setup and keep the user logged in. What’s not to like? ### 5/5 — I’ve been using for 4 years and I enjoy this app! *2024-07-24, version 4.10.0* Makes paying rent and submitting maintenance requests so much easier. Also I like how all the news is all in the app. You can also view your lease agreement there. There is no password required. This bothers some folks. Each time you login with your phone number, it sends you a text with a code. Entering the code let’s you login. This is just like 2 step verification except without a password. So, it’s fine but the app should probably explain this to folks so they are not upset. Easy to set up Payments and pay once a month. What is not nice about the app and Venterra is that there is a charge for this app administration that is included in the bill.
