### 1/5 — RT

*2025-04-20*

The app needs more work! On the older simulators Hamilton Medical had, you could set precisely the breath rate, the Lung Compliance, Resustance, the Trigger Effort, you could be very flexible. If you pressed the 100% O2 button, the FiO2 went to 100% AND, that was accurate! You could simulate powering off the ventilator! You could have spontaneous breathing in Airway Pressure Release Ventilation! I kid you not! Those simulators had A LOT to offer! I have had an RT confirm that with me.

This simulator cannot do that! You cannot simulate precise options like that! Sadly, you just can’t! I cannot simulate Airway Pressure Release Ventilation, and simulate spontaneous breathing while the process of simulating Airway Pressure Release Ventilation! THIS IS A MUST! I cannot power off the ventilator! I cannot press 100% O2 and get a response! I cannot set a compliance of 5 to simulate severe Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome!

This simulator really really needs work!

### 1/5 — Adult exclusive

*2024-08-18*

No neo or peds simulation

### 3/5 — Terribly slow after the new update

*2025-10-28*

I am an Intensivist in Australia who regularly uses intelligent asv on c6. The simulator on the iPhone 17 pro was running well to teach and train others. But after the recent update it became unusable because its is terribly slow to load! Please fix urgently.

### 3/5 — Great for Exploring

*2023-12-15*

This app is great for getting a hands on feel for the settings and modes that are available. Unfortunately, there are several issues in regard to actually using the simulation feature to treat a simulated patient. Very often the settings are limited, not allowing much of a change (example: not being able to go above 14 for a rate, or only being able to utilize a 1:1 I:E ratio; not being able to change settings on the current patient that you could change before, etc.). Great on some aspects but could definitely be a lot better.

### 4/5 — Needs NIV-ST

*2024-02-21*

I need to be able to simulate a patient on NIV-ST. Also, can you add an adjustment of the patient's active respiratory rate?

### 5/5 — Awesome!!!

*2024-07-29*

This app has revolutionized the way we conduct training! Provides so much versatility as you do not need a ventilator to physically do training! Amazing job!
