Please put the busses on the map so people don’t get confused and think the bus isn’t coming, only to catch an uber and end up alongside said bus that was invisible on the map like it transporting dangerous goods. Far out ### 4/5 — Pretty accurate but needs more routes *2025-03-29, version 12.1.9* I use daily because I am someone who uses public transport to get around. I’ve been using this app for a good 7 months or so, and it’s actually quite accurate. The only downside is that it doesn’t have every bus. However, the tracking on it seems a bit “choppy” to me as it is half the time shows the bus in an incorrect place (about 100 meters off sometimes). Anyways, app could use some work, but overall it is still a pretty good app to use if you want to track your bus. ### 3/5 — Far from the best, but far from the worst *2023-09-25, version 10.0.5* At times a bus shows on the map completely off route. I’d also love to see a feature where you can type a bus fleet number (e.g: 1309) and then it would redirect to the route it’s on ### 4/5 — good but… *2023-09-14, version 12.1.4* this is a very handy app but 901 (a very popular line) has been taken off, my bus came early and I missed it! Also if someone loses something how are people meant to find what bus it was on. It also does not include the Caulfield station stop, or easily show you how long until the bus comes. ### 2/5 — Design looks like it was for the iPhone 3GS! *2022-09-18, version 10.0.5* Hire a better app designer ### 2/5 — Unreliable app and inactive support *2022-07-24, version 10.0.5* I regularly use a Ventura bus can arrive between 10 minutes early and 10 minutes late, so I got this app to better track of the bus, since it’s not pleasant to stand around the bus stop for half an hour, especially when it’s cold. After months of using the app, I can conclude it’s very unreliable. 1/3 of the times I use the app, the bus I’m catching doesn’t even appear at all in the tracker, even if it’s active. The UI could be better. The bus tracker icon can be two different colours depending on which direction the bus is going, but sometimes there’s a third colour (pink), and there’s nothing to indicate what that means. I tried to contact support from the app a few times but never received any reply back. I doubt there’s anyone on the receiving end taking care of feedback and queries. It works when it works I guess, but never rely on it. The one thing it’s supposed to do, it doesn’t do it well. ### 4/5 — Love this app sooo much!!! *2022-03-29, version 10.0.5* Omg I wish I had have known about this app sooner!!! I’ve only had it downloaded for a couple of hours but being able to see where the bus is (especially if it’s running late) is so unbelievably helpful!!! And the option to log lost property is also really nice, I’m the type of person who’ll one day go to get off the bus and forget something 😅😅😅 so having an ability to get it back is such a relief Really worth the download!!!! Only worth 4 stars though because the layout could be a lot better, also there doesn’t seem to be a route for the 898 bus (I don’t know if that’s because Ventura don’t own that bus or what) so that probably should be fixed 😁 ### 2/5 — Glitch in app *2021-03-29, version 10.0.5* There’s a glitch. Most buses are accurate and it’s useful when I need to plan a journey. None of the routes starting with 1 are on the app. So if you’re in the western suburbs, you’re stuffed. Also, it doesn’t allow you to save favourites without creating an account. It’s public transport. Much more accurate than the state of Victoria’s app. No more leaving home, waiting in the wet and cold for a bus that is late. Real time tracking within 20-30 seconds.
