Customers should download the Hey You™ Customer specific app here: http://itunes.apple.com/au/app/beat-the-q/id480619522?mt=8 ====================================== Hey You lets you offer your customers a new, unique service that can help attract new customers to your café, increase customer loyalty, and help you generate more orders. Your customers will be able to send orders directly to your own dedicated Hey You order screen, and payments are transferred directly into your nominated account electronically. ----------- How it works ----------- As a Hey You café, you will receive your own order terminal, setup at a convenient location near your point-of-sale. When an order is received, you are notified on screen along with an audible ‘beep’ that there is an order waiting to accept. Simply accept the order on screen, and commence preparing the order just as if the customer had just ordered over the counter. Once an order is accepted, Hey You automatically moves the money from the customer account to your Hey You vendor account, which accrues and is transferred into your bank account on a weekly basis along with an itemised statement. ---------------------------------------- How will my customers know about Hey You? ---------------------------------------- We understand you’re busy, so we’ll help promote it at your café for you. You will receive dedicated point-of-sale material for your customers, encouraging them to use the Hey You system. Shortly after your installation and training, we’ll also work with you to conduct promotional activities in and around your café. This is particularly frustrating during public holiday periods when you need to add a surcharge and it has to go through to them to approve.
