I live in Australia and would love it if they can change so that shipping includes Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Wears size 3.5 in all other brands. I ordered a pair of Venum Elite Football Cleats in the same size and they didn’t fit. I paid to get a size 4 sent and they didn’t fit. I went to use my purchase code to go up to size 5 but it didn’t work. I tried multiple times. I reached out to customer service for help after the return deadline and they won’t let me return perfectly fine cleats that just don’t fit. They run small, I am trying to represent the brand but they aren’t helping. I do not want store credit however. I’ve been calling their customer service, emailing and sending messages through their website but nobody bothered to answer. You can simply use website, which is more convenient for anything… Secondly, their chat system is useless; you type something, it goes straight to their EMAIL and you just hope you’ll get response in a week or two. Thirdly, if you directly purchase anything from them, good luck. If they mess up your orders, like sending different products or not sending you product at all, you literally cannot reach them. They will NOT respond to your phone call, email, or chat.
