It came with everything that I needed. I can definitely see results with my skin and everything works so well together. The app analyzes your face and then recommends Korean skincare that actually fits your concerns. I said I needed hydration but in a lightweight formula because thick moisturizers always bother me. The products they suggested ended up being exactly what I was looking for. Nothing felt heavy and nothing irritated my skin. After using their routine for a bit, my skin really did start to improve. My breakouts looked calmer and the dryness wasn’t as bad. I highly recommend to start by utilizing their skin consultation service where they have Korean experts comment on your skin after reviewing photos you send in. From there, you can identify specific products you’d like to try and even keep track of your skin progress that aligns with what they’ve told you. If you have no idea where to start, you can buy a personalized skincare box that they package for you based on your skin needs and concerns. So far I really like how all the products feel overall (very gentle but effective). I have very dry and sensitive skin, but already noticed my face has been staying hydrated all day/night and is much less red which has been a struggle since moving to Colorado. Did not received the paid expert consultation *2025-10-07* I paid for the expert consultation. It has been more than 24H and I have not received the result. Is this app ready??? Why are you selling things if it’s not ready??? I feel scammed. Now even if the result show up, I’m not sure if it was given by the expert like they “promised” since it had failed to deliver in time in the first place. **Developer response:** Hi anna! It’s super good and helps a lot, it’s really complex and detailed and gives lots of good and useful information for how to take better care for your skin. I get it, the app is for ages 16 and older, but younger people, aka 13-15 years old do get really bad breakouts as well and need this app too. I feel like it would be super helpful to them and would help them out with maybe their insecurities of their face because of pimples since 13-15 is the age that most girls/boys develop insecurities and hit puberty.
