This happens with every single club. It's not my account or anything to do with my phone. I've used other accounts and this issue still seems to pop up. If I can't review my team and other teams matches then it's making the progression of the team harder as we are going into most matches completely blind with no knowledge on the team. I would really like to see this issue get fixed swiftly. Video is not high quality on top of all that. An iPhone 14 would get you better footage. Website shows you your own team’s game recording (convenient!). App shows you *some* of the recordings for your whole club, which for youth soccer means it’s difficult/impossible to find the team’s videos. There’s no clear option to enter a team code, and the app just feels repetitive with very limited options. It makes it frustrating when all you’re trying to do is access your team’s videos.
