That isn’t right. I wish I could post screenshots here. This app will literally have you pay for 30 minutes of ride time, but if you ride for 5 minutes and 50 seconds they’ll push it 7 minutes EVERY TIME. And they won’t refund you! Doing the math: 6 minute rides x 5 times = 30 minutes! I get 5 rides for 30 minutes. What they’re doing is increasing it so that the app reads as: 7 minute rides x 4 times= 28 minutes and they’ll upcharge you the extra 2 minutes you go over— even though I purchased a full 30 minutes and got 3-5 minutes taken away. Extremely unprofessional and annoying.
