Asking to select from three inferior Tx should’ve brought up option 4, recommended by the guidelines. Instead, it recommended one of three inferior treatment options). For more information, please refer to the state-specific sections below.“ **Developer response:** We understand your concern and appreciate you raising it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share physician data with advertising companies for marketing purposes. The language you referenced reflects broad legal definitions under certain state laws, which can classify certain disclosures as a “sale” even when no data is sold in the traditional sense. We have clarified this section to avoid confusion. Protecting physician data is fundamental to us. ### 1/5 — Not good for medical practice *2026-02-16* App hallucinate a lot and only provides pubmed. Not good for clinical practice. Waste of time using this app ### 2/5 — Not accurate *2026-04-13* Doctor of pharmacy here, I asked the question to Claude, gave me the absolute perfect answer. Then I asked the same question to Vera and it gave me the wrong answer. Can’t trust this program. ### 2/5 — Fiable… mais dépassé *2026-03-06* Parfaitement fiable et sans doute « rassurante » pour des personnes qui utilisent peu l’IA. Mais… très très loin derrière des IA puissantes comme Perplexity, qui analysent des ECG, des images, des radios, des lésions dermato, des cas complexes, des raisonnement de spécialistes, etc (Vera ne fait pas ça). Donc sympa, mais totalement dépassé pour moi. **Developer response:** Merci pour le retour, c'est précieux. Vera n'est pas un outil généraliste comme Perplexity, c'est une IA conçue spécifiquement pour les médecins, pensée pour le raisonnement clinique complexe avec un haut niveau de fiabilité et de sécurité. C'est justement sur ces cas difficiles que Vera donne ses meilleurs résultats. On l'a évalué face à ChatGPT, Claude et Perplexity sur les cas cliniques du NEJM, parmi les plus exigeants en médecine : Vera les surpasse largement.
