Verba is a manifestation journal built on the 369 method — write your intention three times in the morning, six in the afternoon, nine in the evening. That's the whole ritual. Calm, deliberate, yours.

The words are always yours. You write every one, in your own hand — that's the whole point of the practice. Manifestation only works when the intention is honestly your own, so that's the only kind Verba holds.

look alike. When something comes true, its card wears gold and says how many
days it took. A quiet line counts what you have kept, and months divide the
wall as it grows.

- Speak your pages: hold the microphone in the journal and your words are
