Have used the app for about a week. Now get the message “Processing error: task list parsing failed” every time I try to make an entry. I cleared everything, restarted all to no avail. Tried customer support and get a splash page saying how good their company is, but nothing else. No links, no way to move beyond the advertising. 
I’d like my money back on this promising but ultimately useless app .

**Developer response:** Hi Coacher, this was due to an issue with our AI platform decommissioning two models we were using. A fix for this has been pushed in version 1.5.

Updating your app fixes this.
