Beautifully designed , wonderfully well thought through and when used with their products - i love the Arborealist - it takes breath work and much needed relaxation to a whole new level!

Everything I want from a breath work app and so much more…Love the themes, love the nature vibe. Love that I can totally configure my breath practice. And the only app I’ve found that lets you save favourites.

Best app I’ve found for breathing practice. I’ve tried a bunch of apps to try and find right one foe my breathing practice. This one is Totally controllable: duration, holds, etc. Nice.
