It’s so much money for some people that want to get fit, I know gyms cost more but some of us don’t have the money to keep paying £10 per month while wanting to keep fit in my opinion it should be cheaper there’s more apps that cost as much as nothing and help you achieve even better results. However they don’t all have meal plans and I take that into account but even so it’s a lot to pay £10 per month or even £97 for the whole year.

This is brilliant! I’ve tried so many different fitness apps but always lost interest as it was too intense or expensive. I looked into a PT, but they’re out of price range for me however this is the closest thing you’ll find. This app shows you a video of how to do the exercise but in such a motivating way! Being told what exercise to do and then seeing it demonstrated whilst you do them yourself is very motivating. 
I’ve only completed day 1 so far, but I’m looking forward to tomorrows workout! And that’s never happened before! 

Would love to see an option to have a daily meal plan. I would pay extra for personalised meal plans based on your goals. Or general suggestions like what Lottie eats in a day. 

Would also be fun for members to share a before picture and then check in with a progress one every month. Make it more like a community. <3
