So I can’t check my hours. The only reason for 4 stars, not 5, is I think the overall aesthetic of the app could be improved to be more visually appealing (which is a very minor concern not related to the software itself). It’s super user friendly for the guys out on the job and does exactly what I need. It allows them to give me notes. Yes I had to take the time to set it up properly but that was easy and once I did it’s a simple tap for them. But I get the ability to export reports for t and m jobs on the back end with their notes. Super cost effective and easy! ### 1/5 — Slow, and every iOS update breaks it. *2021-10-13, version 3.5.3* It’s bad enough that this app is slow, and every time you hit a button, you have to wait 10 seconds for the app to respond. But even worse is that it seems almost every time iOS updates, it breaks this app and it just crashes on launch. This is a problem when my company requires me to use this app to get paid. The app literally won’t work, even after a reboot, after updating to iOS 15.0.2 on iPhone 12 Mini.
