Offering secure capture of documents, images and files, transmission to trusted connections and third parties, long-term encrypted storage and real-time collaboration between doctors, specialists and other healthcare providers, Verified Medical does it all!



Easily Capture photos, documents and x-ray images and store them in the cloud using our encrypted servers. Our servers are PIPEDA and HIPAA compliant to protect you and your data from malicious threat and data theft.


Multiple use cases:


Doctor to doctor – Share patient images, data and files in real-time for faster consultation, greater quality of images and to manage patient waitlists.
Doctor to Specialist – Need a second opinion or referral to a specialist? Verified Medical enables direct capture and sharing of patient data in real-time allowing for immediate collaboration – get the opinion you need quickly and from a trusted source.


Healthcare Professionals – Homecare nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, home visitors and other health workers. Capture patient data and images and collaborate directly with the patient physician securely and in real-time.


Optometry – Secure, digital referrals from doctor to ophthalmologist, retinal specialist and more. Send referral letters, fundus images and retinal scans directly in high resolution to third parties. Better quality and faster turnaround in a private, secure environment.


Your own Private Network:

Create a list of trusted partners within the Verified Medical platform and link to other doctors, specialists and third parties with whom you work. Data shared between participants is secure and encrypted – the third party does not need a Verified Medical account to view data shared.
