I guess I probably shouldn’t give the government so much control anyway with a digital identity. ### 1/5 — Will Not Let Me Login *2023-12-29, version 1.8.0 (812)* They say technology is meant to make life simple right, well you’d think coming into 2024 it would be. However, this app won’t let me log in, it sends a code to my email, and it won’t accept the verification code, nor does it show any error, can do this 50 times but doesn’t get anywhere. Go back to sign up, it just goes to the same page with the same email it tries to send a code to, there’s no option to start over again, delete the app and reinstall and it just automatically pre-fills the email used previously, I wouldn’t recommend this app until TMR make it nice and simple, need to fix and address the sign in issue, and then the further issues from there, too bad if someone wanted to have it on their phone any time soon, as the majority of reviews have said it just won’t work. I would give this app a 0 star review but it won’t let me. So minus 1 star. The amount TMR get out of all the citizens of QLD every year is outrageous so surely they can make a better app that is ready to be used, not a beta/testing app. Not happy 😡 ### 1/5 — Stalls at startup and does not load the TMR WEBSITE *2023-12-18* Waste of time ### 1/5 — App doesn’t behave like the YouTube tutorial *2023-12-07, version 1.6.0 (758)* The app downloads and after the T&c goes straight to camera to scan a QR code. It doesnt say what next and the app can’t go backwards. Waste of time ### 1/5 — Thanks Anna - failed again *2023-12-03* All I get is a QR scanner and no option to set up the process. Its useless. It might be a ‘companion’ app as the developer parrots but there must be an initial process (& the online instructions imply that this is the case but the App fails to allow this to occur). No option to set up or add licence! ### 1/5 — Absolute garbage and waste of time *2023-11-18* I wasted my Saturday night trying to do this rubbish. My birth certificate is legitimate but it has 9 numbers and a / after the birth year. Apparently you need 10 numbers and no other characters so there is no way around it, how is that possible when there are NOT 10 numbers?!
