However being digital it’s so easy. US date formats in the UK, took me bloody ages to figure out what was wrong. Extremely frustrating by not listing all requirements before you start, so takes twice as long as necessary. Secondly if there are several steps why do you not list the required documents at the beginning? Also, if a date limit applies to recent documents why does this not appear until after the document has been scanned? Thirdly, are the types of acceptable documents not listed before you start scanning? Whoever created this app needs to be trained on UI design and customer experience. This ended up taking 5 times longer than needed. I write this with 35 years IT experience. ### 1/5 — Buggy app *2026-07-16* App sucks . It says your annual council tax bill must be less than three months old. Why? I downloaded a phone bill but there was no way to submit this. Scanning the document was impossible. There was a video but I couldn’t hear any instructions.
