My notes don’t always sync, right now I’m at at pt’s location unable to clock in because the app crashed. Had to delete the app and reinstall it. Makes my job that much harder. Wish everything was paper again.

The concept of the app is good and what is needed in the industry but the interface and user experience is not good at all. The syncing of data between the app and desktop version is not reliable. We were considering implementing the use of the app with our staff but will hold for now.

I recant negative 10 stars and my harsh words of management but it only took them 2 years to obviously fire people. The app now works OKAY. There is absolutely no chance it’s the same staff in charge as before so props to CEO for finally getting things done.

These mindless zombies in upper management refuse to listen to a word of any of the hundreds of errors! There’s no way they have ever even opened the app because they’d close up shop it’s so bad! Nothing works and it screws everything up. Explain to me how you intentionally make an app soooo bad that a top notch iPhone can’t load anything in it and just to open gives you the endless loading spiral and makes your phone smoking hot with no exaggeration; 10% less power just to open.

I cannot emphasize what an epic fail this whole company is!!! I have been nothing but informative and even provide videos to their customer support since the first week of November; nearly 7 MONTHS AGO. They say they cannot replicate the error even with my video of the SIMPLEST ACTIONS. They refuse to put me in touch with their software team! They refuse to get any of their desk jockeys out into the field to actually see how EPICALLY BAD their software is. IT IS THAT BAD! It is worse than doesn’t work it locks you out of even doing your work if you don’t have every little detail perfect and they refuse to make things actually work! My advice to you board members; FIRE YOUR GOOD FOR NOTHING CTO WHILE YOU STILL HAVE A COMPANY TO FIGHT OVER. I could do a better job with zero software experience than your current CTO!
