Also the scrolling is a bit tedious—it’s almost stiff. Along with the black hue border on the top and bottom of the screen of the photos you’re scrolling though—very unattractive. I am wearing the correct clothing skintight and form fitting. However angling the scan is my problem. Every time I tilt my phone upwards (towards me), it tells me it’s resting upon uneven ground. But when I tilt my phone downwards (away from me) it works just fine resting upon on the very same ground that was “uneven” before. The problem is this “successful angle” has my camera angled pointing downward toward the floor rather than upward towards me. It is impossible to get my whole body into frame at this downward angle. Was trying to use the app to pick out ski boots on evo.com. After going through the scanning process, I try to activate an account. It sends you an activation code that expires in LITERALLY 10sec. I’m not exaggerating. The email doesn’t even get to my inbox in 10s. Do they even want me to sign up??? **Developer response:** Thank you for your valuable feedback. We are sorry you experienced difficulties with the account activation! It seems there may have been some confusion with the activation code. Once you choose Activate Account and Sign Up Now, you are asked to enter your email address. Once you click Send Code, go to your email and retrieve the code to enter into the app. The 'Resend Code' button should ONLY be clicked if you did not receive the first email or have taken longer than 10 minutes to enter the code since it was sent. Do let us know if you continue to experience any issues after trying the above! ### 1/5 — Frequently crashes. *2021-12-19, version 1.2.3* Crashes routinely. Using latest iOS (no change after each update) and iPhone SE (2nd gen). No change after uninstalling/reinstalling app, and restarting phone. Also doesn’t save your gender, height, or measurement preferences as inches, and you also have to log in every time you use the app. Annoying. They def didn’t use the A-team of developers for this one :/ **Developer response:** Thank you for your valuable and detailed feedback. You can take a photo of your Clothing ( anything from tops to shoes to accessories) and it will make an image/ Item in your wardrobe, and you can put together an outfit digitally!! You can also share to the public or keep your outfit private. As a social media platform, there’s not a lot of people here yet but I LOVE the idea of finding people with your same/ Goal body type! The body scan was so easy and accurate, I now have my exact measurements all in one place, and it shows an avatar when doing the scan so no images of me were taken/Leaked During the cans.
