I can’t even get as far as putting in my credentials. I have deleted the app 3 different times and downloaded it and nothing works. I made sure I was putting in the correct code and it still isn’t working. Frustrating because I can’t check my schedule and I have to ask co-workers to check for me. I had to add credit card info to get the app and managed to use it once. Over the years it has gotten worse. Now it won’t let me sign in the way I’ve been signing in for YEARS and there is no work around. The app allows me to enter in my user id and when it brings me to the password screen it disappears when I need to go to the entrust app the copy the code to paste it in the app! So frustrating.
