My only request for an improvement would be the ability to log in with a fingerprint. Too often, the app does not recognize my face and logs me out. Logging back in repeatedly with a long email and password after not recognizing my face is so frustrating. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars! For asking for PTO or even having to schedule sick time at the last minute. My only dislike is the performance tab. That SHOULD NOT be on this app. Verint is used for schedules! Not your work performance. Jobs have other sites where you can check your performances for the job. So to have the performance tab on here just make stress more present and anxiety more present. Cause for those people who are really worried about their performances, you’ve now made it possible for them to stress more and check this app 50 million times a day if they want.
