You did a terrible job, I can’t even reserve a meeting room. Every month when I go to pay rent it takes forever to load and I have to force close the app several times to get it to work. When it does work, you have to input your password every single time and sometimes the app claims it “can’t handle the request” right now. Doesn’t display amenity reservations I have made on the home screen 3. Displays 4-year old packages notifications on the home screen. And these notifications are from other building!!! Can’t do anything and relying on this app with my financial information seems like a bad idea. We found out that the auto pay had been overcharging us for the past two months, but until we inquired to management today, there was no way to check our balance / credit on our end. Because they have completely scrapped the desktop component, there is no way to view your comprehensive billing or payment history (other than transaction dates for your last couple of payments).
